“Human Design isn't just a framework — it's a way of perceiving and understanding our own energy and the world that surrounds us."

Human Design Psychologist & Guide
I'm a licensed Psychologist and Human Design professional, and my work lives at the intersection of body, energy, and truth. I was born and raised in Ibiza — the same island where the Human Design System was received by Ra Uru Hu — and I grew up in a small, deeply alternative community where conversations about energy, presence, and human connection were simply part of life. That environment shaped the sensitivity I bring to everything I do.
After completing my Psychology degree in 2011, I chose to step away from the traditional clinical path. I moved to Costa Rica to be close to family, and in doing so I found myself woven into the Nosara community — a time that deepened my capacity for holding space and attuning to people in a genuine way.
In 2016, becoming a mother changed everything. I wanted to be a living example for my son — of what it looks like to follow your truth instead of what you're supposed to do. That year I completed my Human Design foundation training and began guiding others as the natural Projector I am. Three years later, in 2019, I founded True Self — a practice that merges Human Design with my background in psychology, my intuitive guidance, and my gift for creating spaces where real transformation can happen.
My work moves between potential and true essence — helping women shift from disconnection and overthinking into clarity, self-trust, and a life that actually feels like theirs.
I don't work from rigid frameworks. What I create is a refined, intimate space where each person can begin to recognize her natural rhythms, reconnect with her inner authority, and learn to move through life with more ease. Human Design isn't something I use — it's a language I inhabit, an extension of my own being and my medicine.
Beyond my practice, I'm deeply connected to the spiritual and artistic community of Nosara. I support Dreamcatchers Foundation, a program that works with children through arts and soft skills to reduce social inequality and prevent violence. Today my work continues to grow — touching people locally and reaching international healing communities through virtual networks.
